Diana Passadori practices family law throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a litigator and mediator. Her litigation practice consists of representing individuals in divorce proceedings (property division and valuation, child support, spousal support, enforcement and modification of family law orders), child custody matters, and domestic violence restraining orders. Ms. Passadori is a vigorous advocate both inside the courtroom and during settlement negotiations. She prefers to bring a case to resolution by way of settlement as that places the power of decision-making in the hands of the two litigants rather than allowing the judge to determine the outcome and fate of the parties.
Ms. Passadori enjoys acting as a neutral mediator in family law matters as well. She completed a 40-hour Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training with renowned mediators at the Center for Understanding in Conflict. She finds mediation rewarding in that she assists the two parties who are empowered by working together to reach agreements as they navigate through each issue in the case.
Her practice also includes preparation of prenuptial and postmarital agreements or reviewing those documents as prepared by others. Ms. Passadori understands the importance of carefully defining the interests of two individuals who are entering into a marital relationship and those that have already married and wish to redefine their interests.
