Andrew Rebennack represents property owners, investors, and businesses in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate throughout the Bay Area.

His practice spans both local and national markets, with a focus on guiding clients with complex and expansive real estate portfolios. Andrew brings an advisory perspective that prioritizes real estate fundamentals and a common-sense approach to each transaction.

Andrew has successfully completed transactions across a wide spectrum of industries, including real estate development and investment firms, venture-backed technology companies, professional service firms, healthcare providers, nonprofits, industrial and manufacturing operations, fast-casual and full-service restaurants, and multi-location retail and apparel brands.

Before launching his career in brokerage nearly a decade ago, Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University and practiced commercial and insurance litigation at a respected New Orleans law firm. He remains a licensed attorney and active member of both the California and Louisiana Bar Associations.

Andrew is a proud member of the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club and The Olympic Club and currently serves as Vice President of the Young Professionals of San Francisco, a nonprofit supporting the development of young professionals in San Francisco. Outside of work, Andrew is a professional guitarist, with a deep love for blues, jazz, soul, and rock music.
